  The Victorinox Wood  2-Piece Carving Set features a Victorinox 7.5" Carving Knife with an extremely sharp blade that holds its edge, and a 6" Carving Fork, both with Classic Wood handles.

  Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

  As with all Victorinox knives, the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provide a natural fit.

  Engraving: Up to 16 characters can be custom laser engraved on the blade of the Carving Knife in this Wood set.

  The Victorinox 3-1/4 inch Serrated Paring Knife features a Classic wood handle. As with all Victorinox knives, the handle is ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provides a natural fit.
