Peugeot's patented u'Select grind adjustment system makes this mill very easy to use. Simply twist the bottom of the mill to one of the 6 clearly marked, pre-defined settings, or any point in between. The grinds range from powdery-fine to extra-coarse. Once set, the grind will remain consistent until you select another setting, as operation of the mill will not cause the adjustment to slip.
The stainless steel of the French-made Paris Salt Mill's grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.
Which Salt Is Best in a Peugeot Salt Mill?
For best results, use salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16"). The mill is designed for dry coarse salt, dry sea salt or rock salt. Do not use this mill with wet sea saltEngraving: Up to 3 characters may be laser engraved on the Peugeot Paris 7" u'Select Salt Mill.
