The Microplane Premium Classic Zester/Grater is a hand-held grater featuring Microplane's iconic long and narrow gasp-style design inspired by woodworking shops.
Its razor-sharp, American-made blades are crafted with etched stainless steel that effortlessly tackle hard and soft foods alike with no tearing or shredding. The ergonomic, comfortable handle provides a secure grip.
Rubber feet at the end of the blade keep the grater securely in place when grating vertically onto the countertop or into a bowl.
The teeth on this zester/grater are designed to lift just the sweet, fragrant peel of citrus while avoiding any bitter pith, as well as for grating everything from parmesan cheese to chocolate, ginger, garlic, shallots and more.
