Don’t buy this product if you want to receive the product the company has pictured on the website—the high quality made in Germany blades. What you receive is the product pictured—the cheaper and flimsy made in Czech Republic blades. Asked for refund (emailed customer service twice now) with no response.

We sincerely apologize if your emails slipped by us without a response, but we are happy make a return for any unused unopened product. Just give us a call at 866-438-7947 and we will take care of that for you right away.

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the titanium coated stainless steel blades that are made in Germany. I received the plain stainless steel blades that are made in Czechoslovakia. They are a much lower quality level and are a much rougher shave.

The product I was looking for and that you advertise in the photo above is NOT what I received. The product I wanted is made in Germany like the photo shows. The product you sent me is in different packaging and is made in the Czech Republic and is significantly inferior. I am out of razors so I plan to keep the inferior product you sent me.

Until we receive a new picture from Merkur, we only have the one picture to use for our product pages. If you decide later to return the blades you purchased from us, just give us a call at 866-438-7947 and we are happy to help.
