The Cardinal Classic SD Swiss Army Knife by Victorinox is a beautiful knife, available exclusively at Swiss Knife Shop, that features a bright red cardinal on a wintery blue background. There is a small SKS logo on the back, as this knife was created by our SKS Design Studio.
The bright red cardinal is believed to be a sign of loyalty and of good fortune. These boldly colored birds are so popular they are the state bird of seven states,* and they nest in the same place year-round, not migrating from the north in colder months.
Knives in our SKS Design Studio Collection are designed by us here at Swiss Knife Shop, and are made exclusively for us in Ibach, Switzerland by Victorinox, makers of the Original Swiss Army Knife. The Cardinal design was created by Colin Elmer, an up-and-coming artist from the Parson's School of Design in New York, NY.
