The Buck 102 Buck Woodsman Pro Knife was designed to be the ultimate hunting knife. It shares the same features as the standard Woodsman, and is crafted with upgraded materials.
The clip-point blade of the Woodsman Pro is made of S35VN stainless steel and is ideal for fish and small game. Its full tang construction ensures it will stand up to serious use over time. The S35VN stainless steel blade has a satin finish. This premium steel has superior edge retention, hardness and corrosion resistance.
The handle of this hunting knife is slip resistant green natural canvas micarta, which have a classic look, and are also durable and nearly impervious to weather, oils, and solvents.
A finger guard is integrated into the blade to keep your fingers safe and prevent them from sliding onto the blade accidentally, even in wet conditions. Thumb grip ridges also add to a secure grip.
This is a full tang knife, which means that the unsharpened section of the blade extends the full length of the handle. This eliminates natural weaknesses that can result from the joining of blade to handle.
Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process maximizes both edge retention and performance. The blade is hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of RC59-61 through a rigorous heating, freezing and reheating process.
The Woodsman Pro 102 comes with a genuine black leather sheath. (Sheath is imported.)
Engraving: Up to 8 characters can be engraved on the blade of the Buck 102 Woodsman Pro Knife.
