The Boker DBK Bushfriend 2000 Outdoor Fixed Blade Knife was designed by Boker and Dutch Bushcraft Knives (DBK), the collaboration of Maarten and Mikkie, two friends whose wild outdoor adventures are well known throughout Europe (and can be seen on their popular YouTube channel). The DBK Bushfriend knife's rugged blade, ergonomic handles and all-black looks make it excel in both form and function.
This bushcraft knife has high-strength full tang construction with a burnished drop-point blade made of 80CrV2 blade steel. The blade's high saber grind, favored by hunters and outdoor adventurers, is ideal for everything from fine work such as stick feathering to rough work like batoning.
The ergonomic handles of the Bushfriend 2000 are made from sustainable Richlite, a premium composite made from resin and FSC-certified or recycled paper. It has a black diamond finish.
A lanyard hole and high quality leather sheath give you carrying options for this outdoor hero.
Every DBK Bushfriend knife is hand crafted in the Boker Manufactory in Solingen, Germany.

In the 17th century, the Boker family began a small hardware factory beneath a towering chestnut tree in Germany. This tree was incorporated into the Boker's first logo in the 1600s, and has remained an important brand symbol. Over the years, the Boker family expanded their business and moved to Solingen, the City of Blades, to begin the now-famous knife line with cutlery expert Hermann Heuser. In honor of the majestic tree from their first factory, Boker was originally known as Tree Brand, and many still refer to it by this name.
