A Damascus Steel Blade with 115 Layers
The Farmer X Damast's main blade is made of 115 layers of steel forged, welded, and twisted into a "Hakkapella" pattern, which resembles waves or water. It is hardened to a grade of 60 HRC (Hardness Rockwell C Scale). 60 HRC is a hardness often used for the blades of high quality kitchen knives, and these blades maintain their sharpness over time.
Dark Brown Alox Handles
This knife's aluminum oxide (Alox) handles are a rich, dark brown color created exclusively for this Damast version of the Farmer X. They are coated for durability and corrosion resistance.
Only 7,000 Pieces Worldwide
Only 7,000 pieces of the Farmer X Damascus LE were crafted for sale worldwide, and it will never be produced again. To commemorate the year and make these collectibles truly unique, every knife in this series has an engraved 2024, as well as a unique, sequential serial number between 1 and 7,000. Each knife also comes with a certificate of authenticity and a presentation box designed just for this piece.
The 10-Function Farmer X
Victorinox chose the bestselling Farmer X Swiss Army Knife for the base of this year's Damast knife. It houses 10 functions, including the ever-popular scissors. In addition to scissors, it includes the Damast main blade, a can opener with a 3 mm screwdriver, a bottle opener with a 7 mm screwdriver, wire stripper, reamer, scissors, wood saw and key ring.
