The Matterhorn Climber Swiss Army Knife by Victorinox is a Swiss Knife Shop Design Studio creation featuring the iconic Matterhorn summit, the most photographed mountain peak in the world.
This Climber Swiss Army knife has 14 functions - from corkscrew to Phillips screwdriver, yet is remarkably lightweight, making it a great outdoor adventure companion.
The Matterhorn, soaring to 14,692 feet, is taller than any peak in the continental US (but is only the 12th highest in Western Europe). Spanning Switzerland and Italy, the Matterhorn's name means "meadow peak." Despite its peaceful name, however, this peak is an extremely demanding and dangerous climb. The first successful ascent of this rocky and jagged mountain was in 1865. Each year, about 3,000 brave climbers summit the peak.
Knives in our SKS Design Studio Collection are designed by us here at Swiss Knife Shop, and are made exclusively for us in Ibach, Switzerland by Victorinox, makers of the Original Swiss Army Knife.
