The surface of the BBQ Board is multi-functional, with a generous juice groove on one side made to handle the juiciest of meats and fruits, and a flat food prep surface on the other. The weight of this board, slightly heavier than the Epicurean kitchen series cutting boards, feels good under the knife, but the board can still be handled, cleaned and stored with ease.
Engraving: Up to 20 characters can be custom laser engraved on this board.

As with all Epicurean Cutting Surfaces, BBQ Boards are NSF (National Sanitary Foundation) Certified, as the nonporous surface is easy to clean and will not harbor bacteria. Unlike traditional wood and bamboo cutting boards, Epicurean cutting surfaces are dishwasher safe.
Heat Resistant
Epicurean BBQ Boards are heat resistant up to 350-degrees, so you can use the surface as a trivet without leaving a blemish. (Not microwave safe. Not for use as cookware.)

Caring for Your Epicurean Cutting Surface
Your Epicurean Cutting Board is a wood product. To prevent warping, avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions, and store it upright until dry. Though it is stain-resistant, some foods may leave color over time. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive household cleaner.
