Collection: Paring & Utility Knives

Paring and Utility Knives are essentially small chef's knives, and are extremely versatile. These shorter blades are ideal when a larger knife would be awkward, such as when hulling strawberries or peeling apples in hand. Parers generally range in length from 2 to four inches, and utility knives from about 4 to 6 inches. Both paring knives and utility knives have a finer blade than chef's knives, making them well suited for these smaller tasks.
