Each piece in the Kramer by Zwilling line features a blade of straight carbon steel, the hallmark of great chefs. Carbon steel knives offer a sharpness, performance, and keenness of edge unparalleled by any other blade material. The Kramer by Zwilling blades are each hand-finished with a traditional 3-step method, and are honed by an artisan to 15 degrees per side for scalpel-like sharpness. The handles of these exceptional knives are hand-finished Grenadille wood with genuine brass rivets and a mosaic pin created by Bob Kramer himself.
